The THAI ANIMAL SANCTUARY in Thailand is a self-funded and donation-based organisation working for the welfare and protection of animals in Western Thailand. As well as serving as a free veterinary clinic and shelter, Thai Animal Sanctuary's mission is to improve quality of life in the long term, for local street animals and pets alike. Running humane sterilisation and vaccination programmes, as well as educating locals about issues of animal welfare, helps them in their goal of raising awareness and promoting compassion for all living beings.
