The animal rescue

APAM Animal Sanctuary, Romania (Asociatia de Protectie a Animalelor Minis), run by Cristina and Victoria.

We founded this non-profit animal protection association, which operates only through financial support obtained through donations and sponsorships, with the aim of being close to these silent beings who ask us, through their gaze, for mercy and help. Ever since we have known each other, we have loved animals and tried to protect them. Since 1995, we have moved from the city of Arad to a village outside the city, near the city. Having land around the house, we were able to save dogs and cats. (APAM)

The Sanctuary Angels

The Sanctuary Angels awarded a £500 Angel Grant this February to help with the costs of food for the animals.

How the Angel Grant will help

Dear Amanda, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your donation. Because of your kindness, we were able to go and buy food for the dogs, and this means more to us than we can ever fully express. Every bag of food means safety, comfort, and one less worry in days that are often heavy and overwhelming.
