THE SANCTUARY ANGELS kicked off their SPRING23 APPEAL by sending a £300 Angel grant to Best Friends Sanctuary in Coventry, which is run by Leanne (and her daughter). Best Friends (BF) is a real grass-roots cat rescue, run on a micro-budget by one determined woman and her daughter. This Angel grant will be used to continue BF's TNR (trap neuter release) programme in the Coventry area. Neutering is key to stopping cat populations spiralling out of control, which results in real suffering to the animals. It is at the heart of any rescue work.
