APAM is a dog and cat sanctuary run by a vegan family in Arad, Romania. Cristina and Victoria (mother and daughter) run vital spay and neuter programmes and help the Romanian animals that are overlooked or abused by others. Their vision is for such neglect and cruelty to be a thing of the past. APAM also runs education programmes for children, to help create a world where every living being is safe and where young people are empowered to do good.
