£500 Angel Grant awarded to Rushton Dog Rescue, Somerset

We received this email back in October 2024 (that's how long our waiting list is!):

We are a long-standing vegan rescue in Somerset, we have been going 18 years, and we have our own centre and do not dogs to sleep if we can’t home them. We have a 15-acre site and currently have 60 dogs; our winter bills are huge and a grant would help so much.

Finally, almost a year later, and with the help of our amazing regular and monthly donors, we were able to help. This is what Cindi, who runs the rescue with her daughter Zoe, had to say:
