Finally, THE SANCTUARY ANGELS sent a £200 Angel Grant to Paws for Ukraine, a UK-based animal rescue and humane support team consisting of three brave individuals with veterinary/animal experience who are taking emergency veterinary supplies into Ukraine and helping with the rescue, care and treatment of animals caught up in the conflict. This takes the total to £2,000 of Angel grants raised for our Ukraine Emergency Appeal, which is part of the total £5,000 raised for animal rescuers around the world in our Spring Appeal.
