THE SANCTUARY ANGELS sent a £300 Angel grant to Companion Paws, a registered charity based in West Norfolk that rescues dogs and, after assessment, places them on a supported basis with older people who live alone and experience loneliness and isolation. They told us that their Angel grant would help with the following: "It will be going towards a dog that has recovered from heartworm and now needs her mammaries stripping and spaying. She is called Clara and is a beautiful collie cross, who will become a wonderful companion. Thank you so so much xxxx" (Note: pictured above is Beau).
