KOPAS was established in 2015 through the feeding and relocating of stray cats to the home for stray cats in Bogor, Indonesia. KOPAS is run by Uli Sharbinie and his family, who work tirelessly on behalf of local animals and also campaign globally for the emancipation of animals from captivity. The aim of KOPAS is to raise public awareness and increase participation in the protection of nature and animals.
